How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, simply browse our collection and add your favorite items to your cart. When you're ready, click the cart icon and select "Checkout" to enter your shipping and payment details. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email includes your order number and a summary of your handcrafted items. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. If you need to update your address, please email us within 2–4 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been handed over to our courier partners, we are unfortunately unable to redirect it.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus on delivering our artistry within India to ensure the safest handling of our products. However, we are always looking to expand! Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
When will my order be shipped?
Because many of our items are handcrafted with care, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and packaging. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Sylvan Artistry piece. If your item arrives damaged or is not what you expected, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. For more details, please view our full Refund Policy.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your handcrafted decor arrives safely.
